GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACTING
Please read these General Terms and Conditions of Contracting carefully, as they apply to any reservation made through our website. You will not be able to make any reservations on the website unless you confirm that you have read and accepted these General Terms and Conditions, along with the privacy policies, by ticking the confirmation box provided before completing any reservation.
1. PARTIES AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC):
On one side, TURÍSTICA PITYUSA S.L., which manages Apart Hotel Casita Blanca (hereinafter referred to as “the Hotel”), contactable via phone on +34 971 346 146 and via email at info@casitablancaibiza.com, and the owner of the website https://www.casitablancaibiza.com (hereinafter referred to as “our website”), presents this contractual document governing reservations through our website or directly at our Hotel.
On the other side, the User-Customer (hereinafter referred to as “the User”), who makes the reservation and is responsible for the accuracy of the personal data provided to the Hotel.
Both parties agree to this document, meaning the User:
Has read, understood, and agreed to the content presented here.
Is an adult with the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
Assumes all obligations outlined in these GTC.
Accepts these GTC upon making any reservation.
This document can be printed and saved by the User. If you have any questions regarding these GTC, you may contact us via email at info@casitablancaibiza.com.
The GTC remain valid indefinitely and apply to all bookings made through the website referenced above. The Hotel reserves the right to modify these GTC unilaterally. However, such modifications will not affect reservations made before the changes, ensuring services are continuously improved. It is advisable to review these GTC before making any reservation.
We recommend keeping a copy of your reservation details. The Hotel’s liability for provided services is limited to their value, and the User waives any claims against the Hotel for dissatisfaction, technical issues, or errors on the website, including data loss or issues arising on the User’s computer or network.
2. Purpose of the Contract:
2.1 Scope of Application:
This contract governs the reservation of rooms or apartments at the Hotel for a specified price agreed upon when the User accepts these GTC during the online booking process by ticking the corresponding box.
These GTC apply from the date the reservation is made. This relationship involves providing a service in exchange for the agreed price publicly displayed on the website at the time of booking.
2.2 Territorial Scope:
Reservations can be made via our website from anywhere in the world.
2.3 Capacity to Contract:
Reservations can only be made by adults with the legal capacity to enter into contracts. Reservations made by minors without explicit adult authorisation will not be valid.
2.4 Customer Acceptance:
Booking validation is done via email and implies prior acceptance of the GTC. These GTC are available on our website or upon request via email.
2.5 Modifications to the GTC:
The Hotel reserves the right to make changes to the GTC at any time. We encourage customers to review them regularly. Changes made after a booking will not affect reservations made prior to the update.
3. INFORMATION PROVIDED ON OUR WEBSITE:
3.1 Price Publication:
Room prices displayed during the booking process on our website are final at the time of booking.
3.2 Hotel Information:
Promotional material, brochures, and website content serve as an invitation to make reservations but do not constitute an obligation to book. The website is regularly updated to ensure accurate and detailed information. Contract formalisation and communication are available in the language preferred by the customer, as specified prior to booking.
3.3 Room Availability:
Room availability is shown in real-time. In the event of overbooking, the Hotel will upgrade the User to a superior room, never to an inferior category.
3.4 Reservations:
Online reservations are open 24/7 throughout the year. Upon booking, an automatic confirmation email will be sent.
During May-October, customer service operates 24/7. During the rest of the year, enquiries should be directed to info@casitablancaibiza.com.
3.5 Fraud:
The Hotel reserves the right to cancel reservations suspected of fraudulent activity.
4. RESERVATION PROCEDURE:
To access the Hotel’s services by making a reservation, the User is not required to create an account on our website. Only the necessary information will be requested to process the reservation.
In compliance with Article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and E-Commerce, the Hotel provides the following clear, comprehensible information before the reservation process begins:
Room Reservation:
Select “Book” on the website.
Choose your desired stay dates and the number of guests, then click “Search.”
A list of available room categories will appear. Select the desired room by clicking “Check Availability.” Confirm your dates and click “Search.”
Once the room and additional services are selected, proceed by clicking “Continue.”
The next page will show your reservation details and request personal information, including your name, email address, phone number, credit card details, and an approximate arrival time at the Hotel. Additional requests or preferences can be added in the comments box.
Your data will be stored in our database while the commercial relationship lasts and for legal retention periods thereafter. With your consent, we may keep your details longer to send you updates and offers.
Check your spam or junk mail folder if the confirmation email doesn’t appear in your inbox, and ensure your contact details are accurate.
Before finalising, you must tick a box to confirm your acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions and the website’s Legal Notice.
To complete the process, click the “Confirm Reservation” button.
5. RESERVATION CONFIRMATION:
Once the online reservation process is completed, you will receive a confirmation email at the provided address.
If you do not receive the email, check your spam or junk folder. If errors occur or the email is not received, contact Customer Service at +34 971 346 146 or send an email to info@casitablancaibiza.com for assistance.
6. RATES, BILLING, AND PROMOTION VALIDITY PERIODS:
All prices displayed on our website include VAT valid at the time of booking. Prices are shown in euros (€).
Types of Rates:
- Flexible Rate: Cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before check-in without charge. An email with a secure payment link will be sent 5 days before check-in for payment.
- Non-Refundable Rate: Full payment is required at the time of booking, regardless of the check-in date.
Invoices can be requested during check-in. Rates are automatically applied during the booking process, and discounts (e.g., newsletter subscription, promo codes) are reflected if applicable.
7. DEPOSIT:
A deposit of €30 per guest is charged at check-in and refunded during check-out, provided no damage has been caused during the stay.
8. PAYMENT METHODS:
The reservation process requires credit or debit card details for guarantee purposes or prepayment. The operation is finalised when the reservation is completed.
Only secure cards with identity authentication (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Diners Club) are accepted. The SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) system ensures encrypted, secure payment transactions. The Hotel does not access bank details directly, as these are managed by the payment provider.
Payment Timing:
• Flexible Rate: Charged after the free cancellation period or at check-in.
• Non-Refundable Rate: Charged at the time of booking.
9. CANCELLATION AND PAYMENT POLICIES:
Under Article 103(l) of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, the right of withdrawal does not apply to accommodation services with specific dates.
Flexible Rate:
Cancellation up to 5 days before check-in incurs no charges.
Cancellation within 5 days or less will be charged at 100% of the cancelled reservation value.
Non-Refundable Rate:
100% of the booking amount is charged upon cancellation, regardless of timing.
If the room is not occupied by 12:00 PM the day after check-in, and no written notice of delay is provided, the booking will be automatically cancelled without a refund.

You can find information about the protection of your personal data and your rights regarding its processing in the Legal Notice on our website.
11. COMMERCIAL COMMUNICATIONS:
With your explicit consent, subscription to our newsletter, or if you have made a reservation, we may use your email address to send commercial information about our services and updates. This is part of our customer service during the commercial relationship. After the relationship ends, we will only send commercial communications if you have provided explicit consent.
You can unsubscribe from these communications at any time by sending an email to info@casitablancaibiza.com with your request.
12. HOTEL STAY CONDITIONS:
Conditions for Staying at the Hotel:
Guests must follow the rules outlined in the Hotel’s internal regulations, which are signed upon check-in.
Rooms can be occupied from 3:00 PM on the arrival date and must be vacated by 12:00 PM on the departure date.
Guests must present valid ID/passports and a credit card at check-in. The Hotel will record this information as required by law and provide it to the police if necessary.
Any applicable tourist taxes must be paid at reception upon arrival.
The Hotel is not liable for booking errors caused by the User or extraordinary circumstances.
Additional Services:
If guests wish to book extra services, these must be selected during the reservation process, where the conditions and prices will be detailed.
User Responsibilities:
• To respect the Hotel’s regulations and these GTC.
• To maintain the peace and comfort of other guests.
• To follow pool rules (open from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM), including no inflatable items, no glass near the pool, and no alcohol in the pool area.
• To ensure all individuals under the User’s booking behave appropriately. The Hotel reserves the right to remove guests for misconduct without refunds or compensation.
The Hotel is not liable for direct or indirect damages caused by misuse of the facilities, including fire, theft, accidents, or other damages.
Prohibited Activities:
Disturbing the peace of other guests.
Misusing water or facilities.
Allowing unregistered individuals to stay overnight.
Damaging plants, decorations, or property.
Tampering with electrical supply cabinets – contact reception if you have any issues.
CHILDREN POLICY:
The Hotel is adults-only, and guests must be aged 18 or over.
GROUP POLICY:
Groups consist of bookings with more than three rooms. Special conditions and supplements may apply.
PET POLICY:
Pets are not permitted at the Hotel.
13. NULLITY OF CLAUSES:
If any clause in these GTC is declared null or ineffective, this will only affect the specific clause, with the rest of the GTC remaining fully enforceable.
14. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION (ODR):
In accordance with Article 14.1 of Regulation (EU) 524/2013, the European Commission provides a free platform for online dispute resolution (ODR). This platform allows Users and the Hotel to resolve conflicts without going to court, using a neutral mediator. Access the ODR platform here: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
15. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION:
These GTC are governed by Spanish Law. Disputes related to these GTC will be subject to:
The jurisdiction of the Hotel’s local courts (if the User is not considered a consumer under Spanish Law).
The User’s local courts (if the User is a consumer under Spanish Law).

These GTC are subject to:

Directive 97/7/EC (consumer protection in distance contracts).
Directive 2000/31/EC (e-commerce in the internal market).

Law 3/2014 (consumer protection).

Law 34/2002 (Information Society and E-Commerce).
Balearic Tourism Laws 8/2012 and 3/2022.
Law 7/2023 (animal welfare).

17. LANGUAGE:
These GTC were originally written in Spanish. In case of discrepancies, the Spanish version will prevail.
